Delta Springs is a neighborhood of 28 beautiful, level building lots, each served by an individual septic system and underground utilities, including natural gas. Delta Springs contains a mixture of lots approved for four and five bedroom homes. Each of the lots enjoys a minimum of 130 feet of frontage. As a result, a wide variety of home plans can be accomodated.

Design Standards: The architectural review committee has developed a set of design standards (available here) in order to provide guidance in the design and planning of a home in Delta Springs. All plans will require approval of the architectural review committee. These standards are supplemental to the Covenants. Please refer to Article V of the Covenants for additional requirements.
